Worst setup ever! Cannot get the device to connect to wifi, QR code doesn't populate any fields, and you have to start from the beginning every time when it doesn't connect, meaning you're manually entering the data again and again. Tried using the the "Email Consumer Support" feature but it is "disabled for Beta". Terrible UI/UX. Wondering what else is not going to work on it.

Never able to connect to the app. So hard to get through to a human in customer service. Then he told me he'd call me back. Never did. Also, no QR code on the underneath of my new Spinwave. Can't connect to the app, so can't troubleshoot or use half the features. Probably will return. But I'll buy another brand of robot vacuum because that itself is fabulous. You save so much time when you have a pet. Shame about how much of my time was wasted by Bissell though. Really wanted to love them.

(Pet). So far don't like app or vacuum. No battery %. No remote control (like a toy car). No dark mode. No wall follow. Weak battery. No mapping! Very quiet. Gets stuck easily. Finds base easily. had a cheaper one with a better app and more functions. Hard to set up. disappointing for the price, moves too slow, one speed. Doesn't cover the whole floor, gets fixated in one place while not in spot mode.
